DMDK lawyer files appeal against Jayalalitha's return as CM

With the AIADMK party leader all set to return to power on the 22nd (Friday), interim Cheif Minister O.Paneerselvam will be resigning the post on Thursday. 

However, Vijayakanth's party leader has filed a petition against Jayalalitha's return and has also requested a stay for the same until the investigation was complete. It can be noted that a petition was earlier filed by Traffic Ramaswamy questioning Karnataka High Court verdict.
